Keeping mobile when you are in lockdown

If you are anything like me, the most exercise you get is foraging in the kitchen cupboards for snacks. It is very important for our health and well-being to keep active; especially for the older generation who may be self-isolating at the moment. The lymphatic system that helps protect us from infection and disease uses the movement of our bodies to transport lymph around the body. It’s why being bed bound increases susceptibility to infections.

You can find three Chair Yoga sessions on our website and YouTube. One is a whopping hour and one is about 30 minutes. There is also a 17-minute relaxation for when you might need your batteries recharged or you are feeling anxious.
